Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life can sometimes bring unexpected changes to your schedule. At All Star Dog Lodge & Spaw, we strive to offer the best service possible, which is why we have a few guidelines regarding cancellations and rescheduling. Please take a moment to review our policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other pets in need of our services.
Cancellation Fees
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, a fee of 50% of the booked grooming service cost will be charged.
No Call, No Show
In the event of a no-show, where we do not receive any advance notice or communication, the full cost (100%) of the booked grooming service will be charged.
Late Arrivals
We understand that sometimes delays happen. Please note:
* Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will incur a $20 late fee.
* If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may consider the appointment a no-show & charge 100% of the booked service cost. In some cases, we may still accommodate the appointment, but please note this is at the discretion of the groomer, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled if time does not permit.
