When dealing with breeders you cannot meet in person look for someone who:

- Will talk to you on the phone
- Will do a video call with you
- Allow your friends/family stop by if they are in the area to look at the puppies
- Will send updated videos
- Is upfront on the price of the puppy and shipping expenses.
