Happy BIG 6TH birthday to Maggie's puppies! They were born during a terrible storm.. she had 10 puppies in 6 hours- Mags was a champ! Happy birthday Beretta, Baloo, Ernie, Gunner, Mickie, Jordan, Lenny, Ginger, Baxter and Lucy!!

We haven't posted in a while but have had 2 birthdays in the last couple of weeks! Maggie turned EIGHT on 12/27 and River turned FOUR today! Traditional PB birthday waffles on their birthdays!

We've been testing out homeade food this past week for 1 of the 2 meals a day to see what the doggos think. Last week, we tried venison (thank you hunting season!), bone broth, white rice, carrots, green beans, tumeric, and farm fresh eggs (thank you to my chickens!). This week, we're trying chicken base, no broth + broccoli & sub brown rice for white! They are loving it! Definitely not cheaper but kind of fun to make and we know where it comes from.

Sundays are for homeade dog treats 💛

Recipe below ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

✴️2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
✴️2 large eggs
✴️2/3 cup pumpkin purée, canned or fresh
✴️3 tablespoons peanut butter

Mix, mix, mix! Add water if too dry. Roll and cut with cookie cutters or roll into mini balls and flatten (like mine). Bake at 350 until tops golden.

I can't believe all of the puppies will be at their new homes a week from today... seems crazy :( They are more than ready and we're excited to see them grow with their new families!

Great video on introducing your new puppy to your current dog. Highly recommend easing the introductions. Setting boundaries the first few days is important so that puppy bonds to you first and not the other dog(s) in the house.

I hate posting this... I thought I'd convince Matt to keep him so I hadn't listed him... He's been my baby throughout this whole process.. the first born puppy - we call him Tonka or Tonka truck 💛 4 dogs is enough though.. This will be our last litter for probably several years, so if you're interested let us know.

Tonka will be ready to go to his new home on July 1. He's had his first vaccines and vet checkup and is perfect, perfect, perfect! He'll have full AKC registration and come home with goodie bag to help with the transition.

This sweet girl is seeking her forever home! She'll be 8 weeks on July 1 and can go to her new home at that time. Puppies will have AKC full registration, dew claws removed, first vaccinations and vet checkup (@ 6 weeks) and a goodie bag. Both parents on site! Message the page for details!
