Surprise! Hendrix and Echo had 12 puppies! We planned to skip this litter but we didn’t explain that to the kids well enough and they said the dogs just missed each other. So one accident is all it took. We didn’t post updates like last time because life has been so busy. But they are ready to go to their new homes next week!

This is our Dunder-Mifflin crew, their names come from the show “The Office”. There are 8 females and 4 males. They are great puppies already! Message for more information.

We started potty training at 3 weeks. I made a separate potty area with fake grass and puppy pads underneath. They all caught on right away and have had ZERO accidents on their blankets since starting. They are so smart!

Hendrix is my male. He’s everything you expect in a German shepherd. He’s beautiful and smart. He looks just like the dog I always dreamed of. He’s got a big bark and doesn’t like strangers near our house. Really protective. He’s calmer than Echo is. He knows his boundaries. He loves to be pet like she does but he doesn’t try to lay on you, he just gently puts his paw on your arm. He’s also great with my kids. They can get wild but my dogs are always just rollin with it. He loves being outdoors too. The snow and water turn him into a pup again and he gets silly. He’d live at camp if we could just to be next to the river. He likes horn hunting too, stays close to mike and the kids but loves exploring the woods. He’s always been easy to train and listens well. His puppies will get some great traits from him too.

Echo is my mama dog. She is a beautiful long haired German Shepherd. Both her parents are long haired too. She’s a very energetic dog. We call her the wrecking ball because she always comes in anywhere full speed, tail wagging, and running from person to person getting pet, and making a mess with anything her tails reaches. She’s also really cuddly. She thinks she’s a lap dog and loves to lay on you. She’s so smart. Listens really good and is easy to train. She is such a great family dog has never nipped at my kids no matter how crazy they get. She’s been camping and hunting with us and loves being outdoors. She’s a great dog sure to pass on some great genetics.
