In the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County Indiana a cat can kill the State of Indiana Official Bird the Cardinal, destroy their nest and this is acceptable. A dog can walk minding their business, can be killed by anyone and this is acceptable.

The United States of America Animal Protection Laws states differently. The Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County Indiana refuses to follow the United States of America Constitution and State of Indiana Constitution, including prosecutor 3.8: Court Trial Rules Brady Law. The negligence of the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County Indiana is grounds for dismissal, fines, disbarred and criminal actions against them.

The United States of America Treaty Agreements with other countries protect people and animals from that country. The Treaty agreement addresses that if either country has wanted criminals; both countries will agree on how to return the person to either country. There are other agreements in regards to travel and valid paperwork needed to enter the countries, plus other agreed upon issues. The United Treaties are supposed and to be enforced all across the United States of America.

However, no one in the United States of America can knowingly and intentionally interfere with the Federal Government in enforcement of the Treaty Agreement. Local Government must Follow the United States of America Constitution Amendments and State Constitution.

It's allowed in the USA for a peaceful and verbal protest. When the protest becomes violent, then the knowingly and intentionally criminal actions is a lot crime.

Interfering with Law Enforcement who is enforcing the Treaty Agreement; it is Treason and possible Mutiny, including other Federal Laws.

The DOJ needs to stop the violence, charge people with TREASON;, plus Freeze all assets
