Riley & Maitlyn hosted the 1st birthday party for the pups. We missed Winter (Whinny), Colonel ( Bjorn), Oreo (Boomer), Dreamer!(Ziggy), Prince & Yin (Perla). But all of those families checked in (which they do a lot), and they love & spoiled their pups too!

3 more puppies went to their forever homes. Yin & Prince went together to a family in Winston Salem, NC, and Oreo went to a lovely family who owns a horse ranch in Berlin, MD. I think they’re going to love them!

As these puppies mark their half-year milestone, we are dismayed by the scarcity of reliable caregivers. Our selectiveness is on par with industry standards, yet the overwhelming majority of interested parties seem to prioritize short-term desires over the animals' well-being. These puppies' charm, intellect, and trainability make them a valuable addition to any family seeking a responsible companion.

Wishing my dad, father-in-law, hubby, son’s, brother’s, and all of you other great Dad’s out there, a wonderful Father’s Day! A father figure whether a blood born connection or not, is a powerful blessing and responsibility, and we sure won the lottery with our guys!

Here are some pictures from the last few days. We BBQ’d, opened the pool, and celebrated a few birthdays.
The dogs love the pool! And the pups are getting acclimated to it.

Some of these pups have already found homes (and came home for a visit), and some are grand puppies that are an extended part of the pack.

We’ve recently sold Noir & Lieutenant! We’ve been on two road trips and we’ve found that these puppies are awesome wherever they go! Seasoned travelers now! They’re create, leash, and pretty much potty trained (when you’re watching for their cues), but it’s getting so hard to say goodbye to them as they move on to their forever homes!

Dreamer went to his forever home yesterday to lovely couple in Georgia. I’ll miss seeing him and his sweet cuddles. But believe he’ll have a great life.
