It’s sad to watch the animals and citizens of Indianapolis let down by a city service daily.
Anytime it’s pointed out how often IACS fails to do its job every excuse imaginable is given to defend their inaction.
My personal favorite is “that didn’t happen”
It happens daily.
So feel free to post examples of this happening.
Tag your city council person.
