***Sales***
To purchase an animal from us you must be 18 years or older. If you are not 18, we require a parent or legal guardian to contact us to arrange a purchase. We reserve the right to refuse sales to individuals we do not see fit to own or care for the animal. We offer shipping, and can meet within reasonable distance for local sales
***Payment***
If you need a payment p
lan for a gecko a 25% nonrefunable deposit is required to hold the animal. Remaining payment is due within 4-6 weeks, if the full amount is not paid within the agreed amount of time or the deposit is forfeit and the animal will be listed again. If you need more time to pay off the gecko please let me know! I am very flexible and understanding, as long as there is good communication.
***Shipping***
Live arrival is guaranteed if the animal is delivered on time. We ship FedEx priority overnight via Ship Your Reptiles or Reptile Express for arrival at 10:30am. Times may vary depending on location. We only ship within the contiguous 48 states. Shipping is done Monday-Wednesday to help minimize delays, and to help avoid the animal being stuck at a hub on the weekend. I only ship in temperatures between 32 and 80 degrees F, and can include heat or cold packs at no additional cost. Please make arrangements for someone to pick up or accept the package. Shipping to the nearest FedEx hub to hold for pickup can also be arranged. Creepy Cresties are not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling. Insurance on the package is available at an additional cost. Please open the box and inspect animals immediately upon receiving your shipment. We reserve the right to delay shipping due to extreme weather conditions.
***Health Guarantee and Refund Policy***
I guarantee all animals are healthy, eating and properly sexed (unless sold as unsexed, or probable male/female). Because of this, we offer a 10 day health guarantee. If we do not hear from you in that time frame we will assume you are satisfied and consider the transaction complete. This 10 day guarantee does not cover injury once the animals is in your care. This includes, but is not limited to, dehydration, tail loss, stress from excessive handling, escaping from the cage, improper diet/care, being attacked by a cage mate, etc. If for any reason the animal is not healthy within the 10 day arrival frame we will take the animal back. We do not offer cash refunds, refunds will be offered in gecko credit, equaling the amount you paid for the gecko, not including shipping. We do not offer partial refunds. If you are unhappy with your gecko, it will return to its home here, Creepy Cresties, and you will receive gecko credit totaling the value of your gecko, or a replacement of equal value. If a replacement gecko is necessary, we reserve the right to replace the animal with a similar animal of equal value and will be done on a case by case basis. If the animal cannot be replaced, credit toward another gecko will be offered. Again, we do not offer cash refunds. All delivered animals come with a live arrival guarantee, however, the buyer is responsible for tracking the package and expecting delivery. If no one is present to accept the package all guarantees are voided. On the rare occurrence an animal is dead on arrival contact needs to be made within one hour. A photo will be required for proof, and in some cases we reserve the right to request the dead animal be sent back to us. While rare, dropped tails may occurs during the shipping process.
