On another note!
If your dog is matted we will inform you. We can either shave it or you can take it home and work it out. There is no third option. If your dog is "ugly" bc he was matted and shaved, there is no one to blame but the person in care of the dogs for the months in-between your salon visits. It is NOT THE GROOMERS FAULT!

As groomers we only get a visit for 1-2 hours every month or so with your sweet pups. We grow to love them even in those short visits. Loss is never easy for any of us. And even harder on the pet parents.
Please keep the family of Bill in your thoughts. They had to make a hard decision today regarding his life.
Bill was one of the best boys, he had a special place in my heart.
