Just because someone else had this question.... If you are wanting a should mount, do yourself and your taxidermist a favor. When caping a deer, cut further than you think. It's a shoulder mount for a reason- not a neck mount!

It's that time of year!! Nebraska deer season is just days away! The anticipation is high! Deer are moving. When you get your deer, reach out to receive a high quality skull that will last a lifetime. I use dermestid beetles to clean the skulls, they really do get into every little hidy hole. Let me preserve those memories with an European skull mount.

With archery season well under way and rifle season coming real soon, remember Jacque and give her a shot at preserving your trophy! Trophies aren't just bucks, if you shoot your first deer and it's a doe, she can do those too!

It's been a busy month! Thank you to all my customers patiently waiting for your skulls! They are coming out amazing! The degrease part is the most time consuming but important step in the process. Your skull should last a lifetime!

I enjoy seeing intact nasal turbinates! Without them, the Euro mount just doesn't look whole. Nasal turbinates are those small shell shaped bony structures inside the nose. My beetles and method allow these bony structures to remain.
