Introducing the Flower litter. What better theme for these adorable little pups! Their Sweet Mama was so protective of these littles and did an amazing job! We have no idea who Dad was, but Mom is about 12-15lbs and is a lovely terrier mix of some sort! These pups have been nothing but fun as they are learning to navigate the world. These guys will be spayed and neutered this week and be available for adoption event this weekend! Check out these adorable littles! Meet the Gemstone litter: Titan, Onyx, Jasper, Sapphire, Opal, Emerald, Ruby-O and Coral. These adorable pups came from the very sweet mama Kai. Kai came into care after having been dumped in the Lathrop area. Alone and pregnant she found her way to Lathrop Animal Services, who worked so hard to clean her up and get her into to us before she delivered. We thought we had some time, but Kai had other plans. Kai delivered those babies that night and brought her precious bundles with her to our Rescue. She was sooooo exhausted, she nursed, but when she wasn't nursing, she slept for three days straight. Even then it was nearly two weeks before she was fully fueled up and recovered. She is an exceptionally sweet girl and wonderful momma.
We weren't entirely sure what pups were mixed with, but as they started growing up, it became clear that we had German Shepherd Mixes (maybe some mal, in there?). These are intelligent but active pups looking for their new homes. They are currently in our prison training program, learning about crate training, potty training and some basic puppy obedience!

These girls have been in our prison training program for the past several weeks and are crate trained, basic potty training and basic puppy training! Meet Momma Kai and her adorable litter. These guys came to us from Lathrop Animal Services. They knew she was pregnant and close to delivery, so we arranged pickup the following day. Those babies didn't wait! So we took her and her adorable pups in and they have grown up! They have attended dock diving events with us and gotten to meet all kinds of people! They are some seriously fun pups, many of whom will be looking for an active home, and maybe a few couch potatoes, too! They are currently being spayed/neutered and will be available on August 18 at our event at in Sacramento on Fair Oaks!

Look who got their spays and neuters and are all ready for new homes! These amazing little pups are just about the happiest pups you have ever seen! They are in love with all people and things! They came to us from the Los Banos Shelter. They needed a little TLC and got that in our Prison Program where they have received an amazing start with some basic obedience, crate and potty training for the last two weeks! These pups are ready to go and will be at our adoption event at in Sacramento. We will be at their Fair Oaks store on Sunday August 18, 2024 from 11am-2pm. Hey guys! We are booked each weekend for the next two months working on getting our pups adopted! We really need help from volunteers to make this happen! You don't have to do every weekend...can you do 1? Its just a few hours (usually on Sundays right now, but we have different days). Our adoption events are taking place throughout the Sacramento and Amador areas. Our next event is at Pet Food Express in Fair Oaks. I will get a full schedule up on our website soon! Meanwhile, shoot me a message if you can help out! We can only bring puppies if we have volunteers to help supervise them...and seriously, who doesn't want to come play with the puppies!

Introducing Mango, Lilly, Nita and Eli!

These cuties were dropped off at the Los Banos shelter full of 🤮 We took these love bugs in immediately! They needed some serious workups to take care of parasites but they are all healthy now! Tomorrow they go for their spays and neuter (the male is one of the black wires hair pups).

They have been learning in our prison program all about potty training/crate training, and foundation obedience. They have a great start in life! It’s now time for them to find their forever homes!! This is Molly. Molly is the absolute sweetest girl!! She came to us from the Stockton shelter 3 weeks ago and gave birth the morning after arriving. 😅 She is the BEST mom!! (More surprises there later) look for these cutie petites to be available in about a month!

Okay guys! Listen up! We did a thing! Well, actually a lot of things! That's why you haven't heard much from us, we have been crazy busy! After the Freeway pups (we still have a few girls, come see them, they are awesome), word got out that we can handle moms and pups, and the phone hasn't stopped ringing! We keep taking pics and video's and trying to set a time to make a really cool video to announce things, but honestly, I am cleaning up after puppies (talk about maid service) and running like crazy to keep up! So, introducing our new program Pregnant Paws and Pups! We are now taking in (well, actually we are already (over)full) pregnant moms, or moms who have given birth, from the shelters or in some cases, from the streets. If you didn't know, this is a crazy epidemic right now! To help, we have expanded our prison program (Thank you to MCSP) to take in the pups after they hit 8 weeks to give them a couple of weeks of basic awesome puppy training! They learn crate training, focus, and beginning obedience to help get them off to an amazing start. We seem to be the goto place for the medium/large dogs, but have a really fun variety! I will start introducing all these moms and pups to you! You can see them grow and put in applications for litters that aren't available yet, if you see one that catches your eye! And even more awesome we will be having weekly puppy pawties at various locations! Expect to see a lot more about this program in the coming days! Because it's going to take a village! (And a lot of food...)

The mother of this litter was found running down a freeway and was saved by a good samaritan and then made her way to us! It's now time for these littles to continue their journey onward! Come See us at Adoption Event: Puppy Meet and Greet At Petco in Martell on Sunday at 10a.m. to meet these guys! Did you know their Mom was found running down the freeway just days before she would deliver her puppies? Thankfully an amazing good samaritan, Melissa and her husband stopped and got them to safety and into the hands of our friends over at Fosters and Paws - Sacramento who called us! We have had the joy of giving them new life experiences and helping prepare them for new homes! This week they are all working on their spays and neuters and will be available for adoption at Petco in Martell! We will be there at 10:00a.m.
