ISO SOMEONE THAT CAN CAULK A SMALL LEAK ON A HIGH, WINDOW on the front of our house . We had all ceiling painted and fixed and now we have a small leak from top window.
It needs: scraping off loose paint, caulking and 2 coats exterior laytex paint on it. Takes 30 minutes for exterior laytex to dry, so second coat same day.
My husband puts an extended ladder on the roof of front porch to access the window. Unfortunately he is unable to do this because of his bad knees. MUST BE BONDED and INSURED

REHOMING this precious girl!

Ellie is a beautiful Biewer Yorkie with unique markings. I had planned to keep her for a family pet and use her in my in-home breeding program, but I am going a different direction with that process. She is super smart, very socialized, plays well with other pups, loves children, very obedient for her age. She is doing well with outside potty training.
Ellie is 20 weeks old and will be the perfect fit for your family.🩷
