Hi everyone Nicole here. Using all my energy to type this. So sorry for appointments being cancelled. I have also tested positive for Covid. So with the kidney infection and Covid I really have no energy and in a lot of pain. I have no clue what the rules are for how long I need to isolate because I’m not vaccinated. But right now I’m just focusing on recovering. All appointments will need to be cancelled over the next 5 days anyway and I’ll find out the rules. But even if I am allowed out at that day it depends how much energy I have. Thanks and so sorry Nicole💕

Just to update everyone. Doctor has sent Nicole to hospital so I assume she will be off work for a few days anyway. I will update everyone.

Hi it’s Sharon here. Unfortunately Nicole took unwell Thursday/Friday and was getting better until last night. Nicole was up all night really unwell waiting on doctor coming to see her. She will definitely not make it in today and doubt tomorrow(keep you updated). I’m going to try and work her diary but if you have an appointment today and see this post could you send me a message please. Thanks

I know a lot of you come in saying you have been brushing but are still finding knots and matts. So this video helps to explain how to brush and comb right down to the skin and not just the top layer of hair.🥰🐾

NEW OPENING TIMES.
I’m going to be opening from 7.00am some days. This will be starting from July and I’ll be closing earlier due to the shop getting warm with the warmer weather and the dryers on. My diary isn’t open yet for July but would anyone like to take the 7.00 appointments(this is only for regular dogs-still not for space for any new dogs at this time).

Next week I am away Wednesday-Monday as I’m working at crufts so messages will be answered when I’m back on the Monday🐶

Also on Thursdays I’m going to have a bather in with me. This means that appointments might be an extra 30-45mins longer than usual. All dogs in will not be sitting waiting. The way it will be working is Sharon will be bathing and drying while I’m grooming so someone will always be with your dog. Sharon has already met most of my wonderful dogs anyway as last year she was in giving me a hand. She is also in evenings with me at the moment helping me out but we have decided for her to come in on a Thursday all day. This is just so I can try finish a bit earlier some days. As most of you know I have tried to cut down my hours but it’s just really busy and I’m still doing these longer shifts. Thanks for your continued support Nicole💕

Just a reminder I am out of salon until start of march due to being at a course. I’m back one day next week for scheduled appointments. I’ve also been asked to work at crufts so I will be away from 9th march- 14th march.😀Everyone who has appointments in this time I’ll be in touch tomorrow evening and rearrange.
