Xander's 7.43 second run, which earned him 4th place for Trial 1 at Richmond Dog Obedience Club's Fast CAT event today. He earned a 3rd place in Trial 2 with a 7.41 second time.

Xander competed in his very first sport this weekend. He is now a complete Fast CAT addict! This was his last and best run of the weekend. 100 yard dash in 7.44 seconds, which is a 27.49 mph run. He is definitely exciting to watch. LOL! He barked/growled at the bag and ran straight into the photographer who was laying on the ground.

Never a dull moment with this dog!

The Pet Expo is this weekend in Hampton. Byron and Ziggy will be competing in Extreme Vertical this afternoon, and Big Air and Speed Retrieve tomorrow.

Byron will have VetriScience samples of Glycoflex and Composure to hand out. Make sure to get yours!

Ziggy will still be doing a few Big Air and Speed Retrieve jumps this year, but Extreme Vertical is a thing of the past. Ziggy will be 10 in April and he has 2 rebuilt knees. We have been looking for something fun and less demanding he could do and still have a "job". I think we found Ziggy's new passion!

This was his first introduction to Barn Hunt.

Lexie playing ball...at almost 10 years old, this girl still has drive. VetriScience's Glycoflex Plus and Devcor Mobility have given my arthritic girl a second chance to play like she used to. As of early fall of 2015, I was sure we would never see this day again. She had given up even wanting to play ball. She was favoring her rear right foot and xrays showed pronounced arthritis in her hip, knee and foot. She had already been diagnosed with severe arthritis in her shoulders and spine 2 years previous. We were sure the latest downslide was the beginning of the end of her active lifestyle.
