l ask for your pets vet records to copy, go over my business policies and procedures and show you and your pet around my house and backyard) They normally run about 30 minutes and I'm happy to answer any and all questions and concerns past that time.
-Although my hours of operation are between 10am-6pm, any service, excluding grooming/bathing are available at any time,scheduled ahead, for customer convenience
-Before any service can be done, Meet and Greets are preferred so you and I and most importantly, your fur baby and I can get to know one another because pet care and comfort is my greatest concern
-willing to do light house clean up and chores for House visits and sitting i.e. watering plants, mail pick up, trash disposal and etc.
-Service distance is 30 miles; However, traveling for small additional services will be covered by mileage
-provide upcoming and close spay, neuter and vaccination events at cheap prices while also offering pet taxi to keep your pet happy and healthy
-all fur babies receive a quick examination at the Meet and Greet and during all services and I include my personal notes or word by mouth to express positive and constructive aspects for each individuals fur baby. For example, I may bring up health care needed in the near future; I can give tips for training and do so while in my care; however, I always comment on all the different personalities I get to see and reward all babies in my care. In doing this, I believe it helps build more trust and love between your pet and I and more importantly, you and your pet.

-all pet supplies can be provided for all fur babies at no extra charge, however for long stays I believe it's best to bring your fur kids favorite blanket and food. If they will stay with me often, I will buy the food. I also buy foods for ones with special diets.
-all pets must have their rabies vaccination paperwork before grooming/bathing services can be rendered. Also for the safety of your pets, I prefer all fur babies to have their full vaccinations, which includes: rabies, DAPPv, Bordetella and Leptospirosis. (There are 3 mobile clinics that come to Waxahachie, Hillsboro, Red Oak and Ennis often enough with prices for all these between 25$-50$ and I am more than happy to answer questions about these places and I post them on my page monthly)
