No beating heart is too small to deserve care & compassion ❤️ Our sweet Faith that arrived for adoption yesterday is egg bound.
Thankfully we found Veterinary Emergency Groupin Ann Arbor to treat this tiny girl!
They graciously even offered a shelter discount, we are grateful❣️
A JCAS team member is waiting with her until she’s ready to be released.

SUNDAY MORNING UPDATE: HE HAS BEEN CAPTURED AND IS SAFE!!!! ❣️🙌 THANK YOU EVERYONE!!! 🤗

MORNING UPDATE: SHE SURVIVED THE NIGHT AND IS STILL RUNNING, BUT CLOSE TO THE SHELTER (BEHIND/NORTH OF) SETTING NEW TRAPS. Keep an eye out in the neighborhood off Robinson, between Spring Arbor & McCain

UPDATE: THE PUP IS CURRENTLY BETWEEN ROBINSON & M60 OFF SPRING ARBOR ROAD
**DRIVERS PLEASE USE CAUTION AND WATCH OUT FOR THIS DOG**

Someone was bringing 4 of these tiny pups to the shelter on Spring Arbor road and one escaped their vehicle in the parking lot and is on the run.
The one missing looks similar to the 3 pictured here. Last spotted behind Redeemer Church on Spring Arbor Road but could be anywhere in the neighborhood or area along Robinson/McCain/Spring Arbor.
Animal Control is setting a couple live traps in the area.
If you spot the dog, please message our page with location. If it comes to your house and you’re able to get it inside, please let us know.

We are so worried about the busy streets, night coming soon and the pup has no idea where it is.

🌟 Thank You, MIS Team! 🌟

Today we welcomed volunteers from Michigan International Speedway, and they jumped right in to help clean up around our outbuilding. They also brought donations and treated everyone to pizza! 💚🐾

We’re so grateful for their time, teamwork, and generosity. It was a pleasure having them here, and we look forward to partnering again in the future.

🎉🐾 Puppies, Purrs & Plenty of “Catfishing” at the Jackson County Employee Appreciation Luncheon! 🐾🎉

Yesterday, our JCAS Pet Therapy Team was honored to attend the Jackson County Employee Appreciation Luncheon at the American One Event Center and they brought along some furry friends to help celebrate the hardworking county staff!

Attendees enjoyed plenty of smiles, snuggles, and a little bit of "catfishing" with wand toys as they met:

🐶 Walter – an 8-week-old pup with lots of cuteness and puppy breath
🐶 Shy Anne – a 6-month-old Siberian Husky mix with stunning blue eyes and a gentle heart
🐶 Nala – a super smart 4-month-old Lab mix who soaked up all of the attention
🐱 Milwaukee & Batter – two 8-week-old kitten brothers who put on a show with their endless toy-chasing skills
And
🎩 Dottie – our ever-elegant therapy dog, always dressed to impress!!

Thanks again to Jackson County for inviting us to be part of such a fun event.
