Our first board and trains of 2025!!

Harry, AJ, and Nancy

Harry is here for another round of training with us as he takes his next steps to becoming a Service Dog. *Fun fact, Harry has been training with us since he was just a little pup like AJ*

AJ! Another sweet golden boy! AJ is here for his 10 Day Puppy Camp. We are working lots on manners, obedience, confidence building, nipping, walking on a leash, and jumping!

Nancy is also here for her 10 Day Puppy Camp working on very similar goals to AJ but one big goal we have is getting Nancy sleeping through the night without needing to wake her parents up to go potty! Puppies can be such a blessing but also very exhausting (Especially when you aren’t getting sleep) I am hopeful we are going to get Nancy on a good schedule and routine that fits her and her family's needs!

After a very long month off from board and trains and group classes……. I’m backkkk!

I had to make a tough decision to put all my focus into getting the new location up and going how I want it and supporting my staff through their countless hours of training. While I will always be working on something around here I am so happy to be back to doing the core piece of why Paw Talk even exists in the first place….. Training.

As much as I love everything else we have to offer, training dogs is what makes my heart SO happy. We have a busy 2025 ahead of us and I am so grateful to already have a full January schedule and February is almost full!!

I already have my first 3 Board and Trains of 2025 with me and group classes start back up this week and next!

As I created Paw Talk and our systems and policies one thing was always at the front of my brain. As a dog owner myself… a crazy one at that… What do I want when I am away from my dogs🐶

This has led to SO many of the wonderful features that we now have here. Enrichment add ons, multiple daily picture updates, customized boarding suites, easy online booking, small and structured pack play, extended hours EVERYDAY and so much more🐾

Congratulations Hank🎓 Hanky graduated from his 4 Week Off Leash Board and Train!

At the beginning of his Board and Train he lacked a lot of impulse control and overall respect for humans! Throughout his Board and Train he had SO much progress with those things, along with working through some fear reactivity🐶

⭐️ Fun fact about Hank: His recall word is “Bacon”🥓 Training isn’t one size fits all! Hank’s parents use the word bacon with his doggy brother at home so they wanted to continue that with Hank and we made that happen!

Q. How do I book my dog for boarding??🐾
A. Our reservation system is super simple and easy! You download our app “Paw Talk”. Once you create your account and add your dog(s) it is as easy as selecting “make reservation” and inputting what service you want and dates. As soon as you hit submit it will send us a request and we can go through and ensure everything you want is available and click “Accept”. You get automatic email reminders to ensure you never miss an appointment or reservation.

Q. How often will I receive updates/ pictures of my dog while I am gone?📸
A. You will receive a minimum of one update daily although we always shoot for 3+ updates per day!

Q. What are the drop off and pickup hour?⏱️
A. Monday- Sunday 6am-10pm! We love being able to accommodate your travel schedule and be available for you to get your dog when your return instead of having to wait until the following day.

Q. What type of training do you offer?🐶
A. We have a wide range of training options to accommodate different goals and schedules. We have traditional group classes, private lessons, day training, & board and trains

We get this question a LOT! “Do you offer grooming?” The short answer is no…. However we do offer baths, blowouts, nails trims, etc🛁

You can schedule a drop in service for this or add it on to your dogs stay so they come home cleaner than they left!

The one thing that we DON’T provide is full body hair cuts/trims✂️

Could not have asked for more out of our first day at the new facility 💗 It was full of chaos and lots of puppy kisses. I am so grateful for all my clients and their support in this transition.
