So grateful to be showing with our friends! These young girls started their show careers off at about the same time and have all achieved their CH titles. We also had some non-dog show friends come out and support us over the weekend ❤️

Seven took her champion class both Friday and Saturday. Cannoli took the champion class on Saturday and received an Award of Merit!

That’s a show weekend wrap! Nettle (UKC CH Wyndolyn Nazzira) showed both Friday and Saturday. Friday we had many beautiful champions to show against and Nettle wasn’t exactly thrilled to be back in the ring. Saturday we had another deep champion class and Nettle made the final cut! The tasty tripe treats made all the difference.

Nettle also tried UKC DASH for the first time and qualified. She was pretty speedy even after a long morning of showing. We are now heading home for a well deserved rest.

Congratulations to all the winners over this long weekend!!!

On Friday I had the opportunity to participate in a unique (and sobering!) Dinner in the Dark to benefit Leader Dogs for the Blind. I’ve raised 2 puppies but it was something else to trust a dog completely to guide you through obstacles and to enjoy dinner without the benefit of sight. Leader Dogs isn’t just about guide dogs… the work they do to assist and empower folks is beyond amazing.

Please consider donating to continue the mission to help give clients the skills and confidence to travel independently! Donations and volunteering is what makes these programs completely free of charge to clients!!!

Nettle had a very nice time showing at the ISWS Ohio Silken Specialty show in early Fall 2023. She went home with a second in her class as well as a first in her class. No love in the Winner’s Bitch ring but she showed herself well against many beautiful Silkens that weekend!

Both Suna and Pidge got to play personal protection dog at a local tournament in Fall 2023. Might not have been our best showing (Pidge did defluff a very large carnival monkey 😅😂) but both girls had fun!

Pidge will be trying for her FR1 this spring.

Very pleased to announce that Nettle, Wyndolyn Nazirra, earned her UKC Championship back in December at the Jackson shows!

I had to take a break from posting in 2023 because I moved. I am looking forward to trialing again in French Ring this year with Pidgeon and debuting Sunarin in AKC Obedience. Stay tuned for more updates 😁❤️🐾
