I can’t lift my tail. My vet gave me medicine and kissed my head- to say sorry for making me cry. 🥰 If meds (and the vet smooch) don’t work, I will need
spinal X-rays. 🤞🏼

I’m a senior now- But I am always, Baby Gus and I can still run like lightening when I want to. Believe it or not, I’m 1️⃣1️⃣. Time flies when you’re living 9 lives. One of my fb aunts asked ‘That Lady’, if I was okay. 😍 I’m here and better than okay. My foster siblings took up a lot my time and thankfully, they are at the shelter, awaiting new homes. They need to be adopted so they don’t spend Christmas in a cage. The two girls and their Mom are still available. Jackson County Animal Shelter and Animal Control
You won’t see any photos of us together- as you can imagine, I don’t like kittens nor intruders- except for the one that looks and acts just like me. She’s fabulous.

I asked my Aunt, “why do all the other cats on FB, have a catio, and I have nothing”?!

She watched DIY patio installations and ran to the hardware store. Now, I have a real paver catio, fresh-new grass, another beach (with a bigger umbrella) a fan, food/water/snacks and a bamboo tiki fence (that I can’t climb). She removed the bird feeders, for obvious reasons. But I’m pretty content. My aunt said; don’t let your friends look at the mess. I told her, they will be looking at me, not your mess.

My aunt took me for a walk and I found a garden rug. I know she loves me, because she stood there for 28 minutes, while I enjoyed the sunshine and a cat nap.

That Lady, just caught me drinking from the toilet. Head in, back paws gripping the bowl. But, instead of yelling at me… she said;
“Holy smokes (not what she really said), that’s pure talent, Baby Gus”.

If ‘someone’, would refill my water bowl every few hours, I wouldn’t need to drink from the bacteria trough.
