Yesterday was a big day in doggy news and we couldn’t be happier. On June 16th, SB 942 was signed ending an almost 3 decade long ban (and one of the last remaining anti-pit bull laws) on breed restriction in Miami Dade. This also means that people cannot be denied Public housing because of their dog’s breed, size or weight. Breed restriction has never been effective and for years Pitbulls have been the target of breed discrimination. Cheers to everyone who made this law finally end. 👏 🐕

Happy national rescue dog day! 12 years ago I rescued Charlie, but the truth is, he rescued me. He is such a good boy, brings us so much love and happiness and makes us laugh on a daily basis. There are so many good dogs out there looking for their forever homes.
