Avocado Toast with a boiled egg, everything but bagel seasoning and microgreens

Tis the season for breakfast casserole. This roasted butternut squash with turkey sausage and spinach was left over from dinner. I heated it up, added a scrambled cheesy egg and topped it with broccoli microgreens. A tasty addition.

What can I say? I love my slow cooker. It helps me eat healthier and saves me from standing too long on days when I just can’t.
It is easy to throw some thing together that is scrum-dilly-ish-ous 🤓

How about some Red Cabbage with your Sausage, Mushrooms, Peppers, and Onions Quiche? Make it yourself or pick one up from your favorite grocery store.
