🌟🍩🔥 Churros Recipe
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
🌾 250 grams all-purpose flour
💧 250 milliliters water
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
🥚 2 large eggs
🍯 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
🌿 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🌻 Oil for frying
🍬 100 grams granulated sugar (for coating)
🍫 Chocolate sauce or dulce de leche (optional, for dipping)
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine the 💧 water, 🥚 eggs, 🍯 sugar, 🧂 salt, and 🌿 vanilla extract. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove the saucepan from heat and gradually add the 🌾 flour. Stir vigorously until a smooth dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Set aside for a few minutes to cool slightly.
In a large pot, heat 🌻 oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).
Pipe 10-15 cm (4-6 inch) long strips of dough directly into the hot oil, using a pair of scissors to cut the dough. Be cautious while handling hot oil.
Fry the churros until golden brown and crispy, turning them occasionally with a slotted spoon for even cooking. This process takes about 2-3 minutes per batch.
Once cooked, remove the churros from the oil and drain them on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
In a shallow dish, mix the 🍬 granulated sugar with a pinch of 🧂 salt. Roll the warm churros in the sugar mixture until coated evenly.
Serve the churros warm with 🍫 chocolate sauce or dulce de leche for dipping, if desired.
