**Show Team Rules and Qualifications**

**Welcome to our Show Team!** We're excited to bring together a group of dedicated riders for both Western and English disciplines. Here’s what you need to know:

**1. Team Overview:**
- Our team is for intermediate to advanced riders who can walk, trot, and walk/trot lope/canter.
- We will have a maximum of 10 riders who are committed and enthusiastic about showing.

**2. Horse Requirements:**
- Western riders participating in timed events need to have their own horse.
- For English riding and on-the-rail Western events, lesson horses from the barn are available.

**3. Practice Commitment:**
- All team members will practice together at least 3 times a month.
- Riders using lesson horses should aim to ride 3 times a week to stay sharp.

**4. Team Fees:**
- Fees are due by the 5th of each month and will cover sponsorship, show shirts, and entry fees. The exact amount will be provided soon.

**5. Additional Lessons:**
- Feel free to schedule extra lessons with me if you need additional practice or guidance.

**6. Tryouts:**
- Join us for tryouts on September 14th at 4:00 PM at Boldo Arena, Jasper, AL.
- If you need a lesson horse for tryouts, please reach out to me beforehand.
- Team fees will be collected on the day of tryouts.

**7. Join Us:**
- We’re looking for passionate team members who want to be part of a supportive and fun group. If you’re excited about showing and working with horses, we’d love to have you on our team!

- **Monday-Friday:** 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

**🎉 New Program Launches 🎉**
- **Full English Riding Transition:** We’re transforming into a premier English riding barn! Our beloved 4-H and beginner programs will remain diverse, while our intermediate and advanced riders will now immerse in the art of English riding.
- **Gaited Horse Riding:** Get ready to experience the grace and charm of gaited horses as we introduce this unique riding style to our offerings!

Are you passionate about riding and eager to join a positive, supportive team? We're looking for new members who love horses and want to grow their skills in both Western and English disciplines.

**Requirements:**
- **Advanced Riders:** Must confidently walk, trot, and lope. Own horses preferred.
- **Intermediate Riders:** Should confidently handle walk and trot. Lesson horses available.

**What We Offer:**
- Monthly mounted and unmounted meetings.
- Private clinics with top riders to enhance your skills.

So proud of Leah! Today she learned to lounge Dime before riding him. She is learning not every horse is the same. Teaching kids to ride the tougher horses will always be apart of my program. Because as equestrians we know horses are not flawless. Being diverse in your seat is extremely important for riders. I gained the opportunity’s in life I have because I learned to ride various breeds. My kiddos will not know any less. If they can seat a friesian gait they can seat anything!

This is Bubbles. Bubbles identify a as a feral pony who escapes the fences, steals the horses hay, don’t let you pet her, and looks at you like your crazy. I think just about every lesson barn has a Bubbles. 🤣
