Off-Leash Dog Park

HUMAN RULES
➢ USE AT YOUR OWN RISK – Owners are legally responsible for the actions and behavior of their dog(s) at all times.
➢ DOG WASTE must be cleaned up IMMEDIATELY by dog’s owner.
➢ Owners must be within the off-leash area and supervising their dog(s) at all times with leash readily available. Limit three (3) dogs per person per visit.
➢ All children under

age 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
➢ Pet treats and food are not permitted inside the off-leash area. No glass containers are permitted.
➢ Smoking is not permitted in the off-leash area. DOG RULES
➢ Dogs must remain leashed at all times when outside the off-leash area.
➢ Leashes must be removed in the holding area before entering.
➢ No aggressive dogs allowed. If your dog becomes aggressive, it should be leashed and removed immediately.
➢ Dogs in heat and puppies under 4 months of age are not allowed.
➢ All dogs must wear a collar with a current rabies tag and identification.
➢ Excessive barking is not allowed. Dogs should be under voice control by their owner.
➢ Owners should fill any holes their dog digs. The City of Jasper shall not be liable for any injury or damage caused by any dog in the Off-Leash area. FOR EMERGENCIES CALL 911
