I just want to say Thank You! The little boy (still working on a name) is adorable. He has the loudest purr and is so friendly! We are already in love!
We need to take our time introducing him to the rest of our āzooā. Jinx, our Tonk, hissed a bit but that has been it so far. Roxie, our old lady, is just sitting and watching taking it all in.
He has made my husband very happy (after losing Jet).

Hi all,
Miss Tia has adjusted so well that she has not stopped purring since Benjamin opened her carrier. In fact, she made herself so at home her first night here that I simply let her assume that the entire house was her new princess-dom. She is relentless in showing affection and, after the first evening of some hissing, Miss Tye has decided she is worth keeping. At this moment, Tia has claimed my lap, purring (as usual) so loud that I need to let the neighbors know there is nothing amiss.
As to eating: Tia is a little piggy. She not only eats all in her bowl, and licks it clean like a dog, she saunters over to Tyeās to consume hers as well. Miss Tye, on the other hand, has eaten very little since Tiaās arrival. I am hopeful that, in due time, this will correct itself. Caroline mentioned that Tia was her ābottle baby.ā I didnāt ask at the time, but is this perhaps because she was smaller than her litter-mates and needed extra nutritional attention?
You can see from todayās video that not only has Tia easily accepted harness and leash, (i.e. day 3 of her arrival), but Tye has assumed the role of ā¦. Motherhood? Protectress? Other? Apologies for no frontal shot, but I was holding the leashes.
Tye continues to sleep with me, and Tia seems to be respectfully keeping her distance, but I expect that will change.
Bottom line: I am in loveā¦in love with both these precious girls. I see my biggest challenge right now as showing both girls equal attention. And I thank you so much for the special work that you do.
