The most wonderful week at !
During the week, Jaime had the honor of riding to championships with
Mr. Fox in the 2’3” USHJA at his first show
Pacific in the future hunter at his first show
Finnello in the 3’6” Performance, winning every trip
Declaration in the 3’3” green, sharing the riding with owner Lauren Reilly.
King’s Vision was 3rd in the National Derby and carried her to win the style of Riding Award.
High Minded won a USEF Thoroughbred round and had great AO trips and ribbons with his owner Adria Murphy. 🎉
Declaration and Lauren were Reserve Champion in the AO hunters.🎉
Finnello and owner Lizzie Rozanski had great ribbons and rounds in the Adult Amateurs 🎉
And, Addie Brzezicki and Mr Fox came home with a Blue in the 11 and under eq.🎉🦊
It was just a fabulous week with the best people and horses!!
Next up - our local fave Buffalo International and our other fave the Kentucky National.
Thank you to everyone who helps to make it happen, and a big thank you to Grace Maloney who came and helped make the horses look their best!

Today, we arrived at the barn for 5 am chores. Loaded 5 horses on to the trailer at 630 for a wonderful trek to Lehman’s. Arrived to the show for an 8AM start time at 8:09. Schooling wasn’t a thing today. Hopped aboard for the first class. Boom💥 Jenga and Bri tricolors. 2nd division boom 💥 Seeing Stars and Aleena tricolors. Then bopping on in is Swept away for the third division. Boom 💥 Champion. Sm medium children’s pony. Miss Kate and Addie Boom 💥 Champion. Oh wait, she got the wrong lead in the hack. 🤣Reserve champion. Low ponies Boom! Leila and Cowboy Cadillac 🥈 in the medal and great division ribbons. What a day! I took no pictures and one video - enjoy! 😂😂😂😂 ☁️ Thank you to a great group for a fabulous day! And to the wonderful team at Lehman’s for hosting!

Check out this picture of a damaging supercell thunderstorm taken by Scott in East Bloomfield, NY before damaging wind, hail, & heavy rain developed in his location. This looks similar to what storm chasers see in storms out in the Midwest, incredible for WNY.

HHF had the best time showing the past few weeks! We took horses and riders to compete in State College, PA and at the Huck Finn/Chemung Series in Elmira
Some highlights at State College included:
⭐️King’s Vision was Take 2 Reserve Champion
⭐️Good Golly Miss Molly was Syracuse PHA TB Champion and Reserve champion with Emersyn in the Kocher Farm Eq
⭐️Tobias has top ribbons in his first show
⭐️Declaration was Reserve Champion in the 3’3” AO’s with Lauren and top ribbons in the 3’3” Greens
⭐️Earl Grey and Addie Champion Intermediate Piny hunter and Champion Lion Country Equitation
⭐️Candlemaker and Kelly Jameson were top 3 in their Adult Amateur Classes
⭐️Chapel Road was Reserve Champion in the PHA TB hunters and good ribbons in the 2’9” Young Hunters
⭐️Archie was reserve champion in the 3’ Green hunters and had a wonderful first USHJA Derby
⭐️Finnello was top 3 in the Adult Eq and Ariat with Lizzie and was 4th out of 45 in the National Derby
⭐️High Minded and Adria had great trips and ribbons in the 3’3” AO and an awesome National Derby Round
⭐️NEA Lovesong and Addie Champion Small Pony Hunters and 2nd Pony medal

At Huck Finn:
Good Golly Miss Molly was Champion in the ⭐️Syracuse PHA TB hunters and with Emersyn was champion Low Children’s and 2nd in the Hunt and Go
⭐️Declaration and Lauren won the Hunt and Go Derby and top AO ribbons
⭐️Cowboy Cadillac and Leila were reserve Champion in the Low Children’s hunters
⭐️Jenga and Bri top ribbons and wins in the USHJA Hunters
⭐️ Seeing Stars and Aleena grear ribbons Low adult hunters and USHJA hunters
⭐️NEA lovesong Champion Pony hunter ad pony medal Winner

Squad goals 💕
Thank you for all who came to our show, supported our show, and worked so hard to help make it happen. We are TRULY surrounded by the most wonderful people and of course, the horses. Perfect weather day with a great group of trainers and exhibitors! Thank you is never enough!
It was a FANTASTIC 3 days of horse events!

The black mare was stakes placed
The bay jumped to moon w a great show record
The grey is bred to the nines but was never very successful at anything……..But she raised and babysat countless brats and made them good show horses

We are very excited to present the clinic and Horse show to everyone next week. If you or a student has any interest in doing the clinic on Thursday afternoon June 13 please let us know because there is a little bit of room in each group Kristy McCormack has a mile long résumé of riding and training including winning the Hunter Derby finals. She’s a great teacher and we are very excited to have her.
Regarding a Horse show attached are photos of the class list and the entry blank a reminder that we do an early discount if you have your entries in by June 10. You may still pay at the show and the entries will be discounted there. If you have reserve a stall however, please Venmo to the Hasty Hills Venmo and I’m happy to provide that to you if you don’t have it if you do not rent a stall for the show don’t worry our trailer parking is excellent and we have a lot of nice shady areas. We look forward to having everybody join us for a great event.

A huge shout out to Susan Grupp for trusting us and buying this little TB mare. Miss Molly 💕💕I knew we’d have fun, but never imagined having this much fun! It has been an astounding joy watching her develop, and watching her and Emersyn develop as a team this past year. She is the cutest children’s hunter! Something you always have said you hoped for her. Thank you and congratulations Susie on all of her amazing accomplishments, and congratulations to Emersyn Klink for the all work you’ve put in and continue to put in with Molly and your riding. You are a true role model for all the kids! …and a beautiful rider!!
