"My water heater is making a lot of noise!"
Problem solved, a nail in the fan. How does that happen? Had a new roof installed lately? Those roofers can be such jokers, HaHa😡

Just had a refrigerator that was not cooling very well, (soft Ice Cream!) Refrigerator temp was 38 degrees but the freezer was 28 degrees. Had a look at the condensing coils and found them very dirty. A little brushing and a little vacuuming and the temperature is now dropping past 17 degrees on it's way to the set temp of 01 degree.
This is especially common for homeowner's with pets. A Home Maintenance Plan with Ryno Resources would have prevented this from happening.
Gotta save the ice cream for heaven's sake!

Here at Ryno Resources the health and safety of our customers is our highest priority during the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus. While we cannot control or predict exactly how this virus is going to affect our community we can, and will, take preventative measures to limit the spread and impact of COVID-19.
We are currently acting with caution in our daily operations using basic safety measures following the guidance of the U.S. Federal Government, Center for Disease Control (CDC) and other health agencies, including:

Limiting exposure to our customers and employees by foregoing work inside your home except in the case of an emergency (i.e. plumbing leaks/clogs, no electricity). In such a case we will utilize nitrile or latex gloves while performing work inside your home and change those gloves often.
Cleaning hands with soap and water often.
Using and alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available
Maintaining social distancing (6 feet) from any person, but especially those exhibiting signs of a cold or illness (sneezing/coughing).
If we begin to exhibit signs of a cold or illness we will immediately cease operations and notify any customers that we have outstanding appointments with.

We encourage our customers to let us know in advance of an appointment if there are any concerns or additional precautions they would like us to take. We will continue to monitor the guidance of the CDC and act accordingly.

This is a good time to take care of some of those outside projects that you may need a handyman’s assistance with which may include

Fence installation/repair
Hauling/Disposal of large items
Garage/Shop cleanout
Deck installation/maintenance/repair
Siding repair
Gutter cleaning/repair
