SKEETER UPDATE

His legs have healed beautifully! He was a good patient during his wound care and taking his medications. He was not a fan of wearing T-shirts and we wrestled his wiggly self daily to change the shirts. Keeping the shirts on him was another challenge. 😆.
Skeeter’s personality really shines now. He is very playful and never meets a stranger. Nothing makes him happier than being around people and getting lots of attention! He also enjoys spending time with his “foster sisters.” He is not ready for adoption just yet, but he will eventually be looking for a loving family that can give him all the time and attention he deserves. ❤️🐾

Skeeter has left the building! The new animal control building that is. He is now in a foster home in his own private kennel/room. He will begin heart worm treatment soon. Please consider donating to help cover this medical expense. We will be posting the amount once he is scheduled.

Skeeter Update 12/2/24

Look at how good our boy is looking! His leg wounds that required surgery have almost completely healed. They are just small circular superficial wounds now! We have diligently provided daily medical care and his body has responded very well. In a few weeks he will be ready to begin his heart worm treatment. Skeeter is such an amazing pup. He is full of life and is a wiggle butt. 😆. He was enjoying chewing on a rope toy this afternoon with his butt up in the air. He also loves being a lap dog and getting his wiggle butt scratched! He loves everyone he meets and will be the center of their attention. He is just too cute for words!
All that have met Skeeter have fallen in love with him. 🥰🐾❤️

Leo is a playful boy, ready for action. He's always up for a walk and enjoys time out of his kennel. He has been waiting for an adopter or rescue since July 4th, 2024. He has been looked over and sadly has had no interest. Please share his post so he can get the exposure he needs.
