SKEETER UPDATE

His legs have healed beautifully! He was a good patient during his wound care and taking his medications. He was not a fan of wearing T-shirts and we wrestled his wiggly self daily to change the shirts. Keeping the shirts on him was another challenge. 😆.
Skeeter’s personality really shines now. He is very playful and never meets a stranger. Nothing makes him happier than being around people and getting lots of attention! He also enjoys spending time with his “foster sisters.” He is not ready for adoption just yet, but he will eventually be looking for a loving family that can give him all the time and attention he deserves. ❤️🐾

Skeeter Update 11/7/24. Our handsome bully boy is getting some pep in his step! He was strutting his stuff this afternoon. After some exploring, we went inside for wound care and meds, putting on a clean t-shirt, and supper. Skeeter is a definite chow hound! 😆. He is looking and acting better every day. He still has several weeks of recovery because of the severity of his wounds, but he’s well on his way! ❤️🐾

Our recent Snake Class for Hamilton Hounds. The pups were quite interested in Sir Snake. 🤦🏻‍♀️. In previous classes, at least one dog would show some hesitation! It appears the humans were more afraid than the dogs! 🤣
