Due to an excessive number of no-show appointments over the past couple of months, we will be implementing a no-show fee policy. The fee will be determined by the service for which the appointment was scheduled. Baths will incur a $10 fee added to the next appointment, while grooms will incur a $20 fee. Our groomers are compensated on a commission basis, and no-show appointments directly impact their earnings. We apologize if this new policy may seem inconvenient, but it is essential to ensure the sustainability of our business and the livelihood of our staff. Also, payment is due at time of service . Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
