We are officially 2 weeks into maternity leave! I will be turning back on the phones to start booking appointments for August starting the first week of July! I am so thankful to everyone for their patience and kindness during this time!

*Scalawags Update*

I am officially 2 weeks away from having the baby! Our last day in the shop will be the 18th of June. I am going to take the month of July to be at home with our new baby, so the first week we will be back in the shop is the first week of August.

We are currently completely booked for the next 2 weeks. If you are wanting an appointment before I have the baby the best I could do is put you on our cancellation list. This list is not a guaranteed appointment. It is a list that I call from if someone else doesn’t show up to their appointment. I am very sorry for any inconvenience that this causes.

We are so excited about this new chapter in our life, and are so grateful to all of my clients! I hope to see all of you in August!

Today marks 3 years of Scalawags Grooming! I just want to thank all of my clients and everyone who has helped me along the way. I wouldn’t be where I am today with out your help! I am so excited to see where the next three years leads us! Gus and I appreciate every one of you.

Starting on Monday our new business hours will be
Monday-Wednesday 7am-5pm

I appreciate everyone’s patience as I enter the last phase of this pregnancy. With that being said I continue to ask for your patience and support as I work through this pregnancy. I may be slower than normal, but I promise I am working my hardest to take care of you and your pup!

Things that you can do to make your pregnant groomers life 10x easier!!

- take your dog to use the potty before it comes inside
- your pet needs to be on a leash when it comes inside if you are not carrying it
- work on basic kennel manners ( I promise it is not dog abuse)
