Who’s ready to play? Save the date August 24th at the Aerie! I’m hosting a play day so bring your student, kids, and yourself for some fun! Walk trot classes, lead line, and some basic speed events (keyhole, barrels, etc.) If you’d like to see something specific let me know! Finalizing plans this week!

5/22/2024: welcome to the world, little Iconicus Oldenburg baby ❤️ we’ve been waiting for you!

Penrose sure did great! This is the fastest I’ve ever seen a baby get herself upright and moving, and without assistance! Though getting her here took some doing 😏 Good job, baby and mama! And Kevin (whom I dragged out of bed in his pj’s to help pull a giant foal!) Phewwwwwww it was a long night.

The fi-nal count down! 🥳🥳🥳😬😬😬🥳🥳🥳 Scarlett’s baby should be here around March 30th but since babies come when they want, the countdown starts today ❤️ So expect more pictures as she gets closer! We are moving Scarlett to a bigger stall in anticipation… she’s not looking anywhere near ready, but as a maiden mare (aka first time mommy) we are watching her closely!!

Our arena is covered in snow, too bad it’s not ice we would have a pretty good ice skating rink! ❄️ in all seriousness, the snow is beautiful but if you own horses you understand how challenging these colder temps are for horse owners. Ready for some warmer temps!

Halloween party was a success 🎃👻 We had an obstacle course, pumpkin painting, bobbing for apples, a fire, a candy scavenger hunt, and lots of yummy food. Thanks to all our barn family who helped make it a fun night for everyone!

Team Aerie had a blast at the Prairie Riders Fun Show this weekend 🐴🤗 It consisted of long days, late nights & very chilly weather but that did not stop everyone from having a great time & bringing home some wonderful memories & ribbons! It was Mckensey’s birthday and she came home the proud owner of a brand new saddle she won in the raffle- talk about a great birthday present 🥳🥳 It was some of the kids first shows (&horses) and everyone did amazing & cheered each other on ☺️ love the barn family we are building & here’s to many more show experiences for Team Aerie!!!
