An amazing opportunity to impact the lives of our High Desert Community while enjoying the outdoors in Beautiful Joshua Tree, CA! We have a growing number of clients as we expand our lessons program and need another Horsemanship and Riding Instructor to add to the MVR Team!

If you are an experienced horse person with instructing experience and love teaching the next generation of equestrians, Please Apply!
Some of the requirements and responsibilities:

🐴Must be at least 18 years of age and must pass a thorough background check.
🐴Must have horse care and handling experience.
🐴Needs the ability to operate small ranch equipment and lift 50+ lbs.
🐴Assist and lead classes and activities as well as teaching kids to adults how to care for horse and other ranch animals.
🐴Planning Fun activities for the lesson programs.
🐴We are looking for people who love kids, love the outdoors and aren’t afraid of hard work.
🐴Staff are expected to uphold and emulate our core values of Safety, Hard Work, Integrity, Community, Respect and the pursuit of their own Personal Growth.

Pictures before and during Saturday’s Pioneer Days Parade in Twentynine Palms🐴🐴🐴🤠🤠🤠!!! Party Like its 1987 was the theme! Woot Woot! Ms. Raven, Mr. Kai, and Mr. Chip did an awesome job as we heard cheers from the crowd! Had fun watching all the families enjoy but especially seeing the excitement on the kids’ faces to see the horses in the parade! 🤩🐴

On Saturday 10/21/2023 we rode in the Pioneer Days Parade in Twentynine Palms🐴🐴🐴🤠🤠🤠!!! Ms. Raven, Mr. Kai, and Mr. Chip did an awesome job as we heard cheers from the crowd! 🐴RANCH HAND WANTED🐴

Part-time, few hours a day for few days a week

Looking for an experienced Ranch Hand for a private horse boarding facility. Must have horse care and handling experience. Needs the ability to operate farm equipment and lift 50+ lbs. Hard-working, motivated, independent.

Responsibilities include feeding/caring for horses, cleaning stalls, moving horses for turnout, cleaning water troughs, and inspecting fences. Please message for further details.

Ms. Coco 🐴 getting her 🦷 floated to help keep her healthy! Floating is the removal of sharp points from the cheek side of the horse’s upper teeth and from the tongue side of the lower teeth. The horse’s teeth alignment is also evaluated to ensure they are able to properly eat their food. A horse with too many sharp points or tooth issues can lose weight quickly affecting their overall health.

Our ranch has our horses examined annually to prevent any issues from occurring. Equine Dentist Amanda Giddens and Brenna Lynn Timmerman Dvm did an excellent job with our herd from our biggest🐴 Mr. Chaz @ 17.3 hands to our smallest Ms. Coco @ 11 hands! They do them all! Thank You!

Winter ❄️ has hit the Desert! Blankets washed and ready! Early Sunset = Night rides! Arena lit ready for 🐴 rides under the stars ✨ !

Fun in the Saddle! Ms. Coco is learning fast on how to be a great pony! Ms. Raven a gentle giant. Mr. Chip helping his young rider learn how to be collected and backing up. Then a cool bath and horse cookies before heading back to the barn.
