Besides my love of breeding, raising and selling miniature horses, I am a Life & Relationship Transition Coach. Together my horses and I help women explore relationship, with others as well as themselves, as they transition through overwhelming, life-changing situations! To bring out my inner child, I partner with Dean 's Dogs, to create the ultimate Pony Party! There is nothing better than living through the eyes of a child!

Welcome to Snowy Mountain Minis!

Thanks for visiting our page. I am Sarah Hereim. My family and I own and operate a cattle and horse ranch, located at the base of the Snowy Mountains. My love of minis started when I got my first yearling colts, Ty and Stormy. I dreamed of having a mini horse most of my life, so when the opportunity finally came to get one, I got TWO! I enjoyed them so much and spent almost everyday with them. Tragically I lost them both at the same time the fall of 2018. Since that tragic day I have purchased several more and they are the light of my life! I enjoyed them so much I started breeding and raising them. I soon realized that breeding them would be a dream come true, but also the realization that I couldn’t possibly keep them all. So I started a breeding business so I can share my love of minis with you all!

I also have a passion for giving back and helping others, so I decided to combine my two passions; miniature horses and helping others! I have two very special horses that are my Therapy Horses. I custom fit each horse’s strengths to use in nursing homes, hospice and public settings.

I’m a huge advocate for adoption and Foster families. Our family has grown to be a combination of two biological, one adoptive, and one foster child. Building our family has been a life of passion and purpose. I have a passion to help other adoptive families and other foster families, because all children are a blessing and there is nothing more important than making a difference in the life of a child. We are truly thankful for our beautiful family and this opportunity to serve God with this wonderful work!

On this page we will share about our miniature horses, life on our cattle ranch, and an inside look what a non-traditional family looks like. I am thankful for this platform to share my thoughts and feelings regarding adoption and foster care. It would be great to be able to sit down together over a nice cup of coffee to share our story and get to know you all better, but since that is not possible I will give you some insight into what motivates me on this page. I love nothing more than living on our ranch with our livestock, pets, and family! Our life is full and we appreciate you following us and supporting us in our ventures!
