Happy Friday all! With all this craziness going on with Turbo we haven’t posted to much about our program as it has been a roller coaster of emotions for us!

Well with everything going on Miss Francesca Salami decided to go into heat and we were going to skip this heat again even though we already skipped one heat after her first litter of puppies because Turbo’s situation has been super overwhelming! We co-own Miss Francesca with a an amazing breeder in North Carolina J & J Frenchies LLC and thanks to them we are able to breed her this time and have decided to pair her back with her 1st baby daddy as we loved the litter so much we needed a rebreed! This wouldn’t be possible if it wasnt for them, so thank you! 🖤

Miss Francesca and Mr Midas’s breeding went down last weekend! So with that being said everyone stay tuned as we will hopefully be confirming the litter in about a month! 🐾 Thank you Olivia with vixenfrenchies for the use of your handsome boy again!

Update: This is our new normal for now. We have some days better than others but Turbo is still regurgitating white foamy liquid but keeping his food we give him through his tube down. We got the results back for his pancreatitis test and it came back negative. 😫 Again another test and no answers on what is causing this. We will go back in Wednesday for MU to do a swallow study on him. He has been in high spirits being back at home! He is resting allot and even wanted to try to chew on a toy the other day. He likes to be onery and try to roll in the grass to get his shirt off and we have to stop him. Thank you again to all who have continued to pray, check in on him and donate toward his cause! If anyone knows us they know our dogs are our kids, I don’t think I personally could get through this without the prayers and checking in! My heart is breaking for him. This cannot be a normal life for him and I am praying they find answers soon! 🙏♥️

Update: Last night wasn’t bad. Turbo didn’t regurgitate at all from 12:30am to 7:30am! We will take it! He has been getting allot of rest! He has only regurgitated twice since he has been up. Still trying to let him drink a little water by himself which sometimes he has kept down and sometimes has thrown it back up. Trying also about 10 pieces of soaked kibble after tube feeding but no luck keeping that down. He is getting better with me cleaning his tube site when it’s time to clean! Still waiting on results from the test they sent off for pancreatitis. Thank you to everyone who has donated for his fight and purchased items being sold for his fight! It means more than you know! 🙏♥️

2nd update: We are leaving the university after spending some time with Turbo. He was super excited to see us and loved going outside but you can tell he does not want to be there. I even got a little kiss from him. He was not happy having to go back inside when we were done outside. It breaks my heart seeing him like this. He is still regurgitating, so they are hoping with the new medicine going directly into his stomach with the PEG tube that the regurgitation will stop and inflammation will go down. They are going to feed him very small amounts of food through his tube to see if he keeps that down. Currently he is still just throwing up white foam. They say it is a long shot and super rare but they are going to test his thyroid levels to see if that can be an underlying issue. They want to get the regurgitating under control in hopes he can come home to finish recovering if the medication and feeding him works. They are saying as of now time will tell but he is fighting his butt off! ♥️🙏 Come on TT, we need you back home!

Hello all, my name is Sarah Reese and this is way out of the normal for me, but I hone… Sarah Reese needs your support for Join Us in Turbo's Fight for Health

Hello all, my name is Sarah, I am Turbo’s mama and I am starting this page for Turbo so people can stay up to date on how he is doing.

On September 21st, our sweet fur baby started reverse sneezing and regurgitated. That is when our nightmare began. He continuously kept regurgitating. Tuesday the 24th, he went into our vet where they did an x-ray and they thought they saw an object, so he stayed overnight. They put him on fluids because he was severely dehydrated. They got him to eat some wet food overnight and thought he was getting better. As of Wednesday morning, the x-ray they took looked like the object had passed, so they sent him home. Not 10 minutes after he was home, he started regurgitating again and up came the food they fed him. We were advised to keep an eye on him and try to get him to eat with starting the meds they sent home that night. Each time we got him to eat, he threw it back up. Overnight, he threw up every couple of hours.

Thursday morning, our vet had us bring him back in so they could do another x-ray. Still nothing showing other than an inflamed esophagus and he was dehydrated again. They advised all the symptoms were there that he had a blockage and wanted to do surgery. They opened him up and nothing was found, so they took a sample of his intestine and stomach for a biopsy. Friday morning, they called and said he would not stop regurgitating, so they wanted to sedate him again and run a tube in his esophagus to check for any blockages that way. Again, nothing, but they were hoping by flushing his throat out it would help him to stop regurgitating, but it did not.

Friday, we were advised to take him to a 24-hour vet where people would be able to monitor him and try to see if they could figure out what is wrong with him. They tried twice to sedate him and put a nasal tube in, hoping they could slow feed him through the tube. Each time after he woke up, he started regurgitating and the tube came out. He was at the ER vet from Friday to Monday midday, and they were unable to figure out what is wrong with him. We were advised that we should take him to the University of Missouri as they can do more tests that the other vets cannot. We drove him to the university Monday and he is still there having tests done. As of now, there is no update and we are still unsure why he is regurgitating so much.
