Congratulations to Waif Clibbins on his recent graduation from Waifs with Wisdom! 🎓

Waifs with Wisdom is a training class that is offered to current Waifs. Staff and volunteers help teach cues and skills that prepare them to live in a home! In addition, dogs enrolled in the program get a free 30-minute training session with their adoption.

Clibbins is ready to show off his skills to his furever family! Meet him today until 5 pm, or Friday from 11 am - 7 pm. 🐾🐾

Hey! Did you know Wayside has a slumber pawty program? This program allows approved potential adopters, interested in a specific group of animals, to take home an adoptable animal for a trial period of 7-10 days.

Wayside Waifs is now offering single day camps for kids! This winter, you can enroll your 3rd-8th grade student for one (or more) single day camp sessions on December 30th, January 2nd, and/or January 3rd.

All three days are from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM and follow the same schedule with the same (or similar) activities each day, such as: touring the animals shelter, socializing with a puppy or kitten (only when available, this is not a guarantee), doing helpful projects for the animals, playing active games, and more!

The cost is $75 per child, per day, and there are 20 spots available each day. Students must bring a lunch. Morning and afternoon snack is provided.

“Bing is an absolute angel!! He made himself at home right away with no issues. He is so happy and enjoys telling me every morning with his sweet little meows. He really is a crooner like his namesake. I felt pretty lonely after losing my sweet cat a few weeks ago and Bing has just made me feel such happiness. I am in such awe of how sweet and loving he is. I just smile so much being with him. I feel like such a lucky gal. I am so grateful for ya'll for taking such good care of him till our stars lined up. It truly does feel like fate that we found each other.

The low-cost vaccination clinic is now closed! Wayside was able to serve 90 animals this morning. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, and all the volunteers who took time out of their Saturday morning to help out.
