Waffle prep tip! While my husband and I eat pretty clean we struggle to find alternatives to store bought food for our kids while still allowing them to enjoy the things that kids love.

My daughter loves waffles, but my son is a self described pancake "man," which can make some mornings frustrating. So, we make a giant batch of waffles and freeze them for a quick preservative free, homemade breakfast. 😁 Next, a giant batch of mini pancakes! 🥞 No, we don't use waffle/pancake mix as they have the preservatives built in. lol Homemade means homemade.

💥If your chickens aren't laying eggs it's 💯% what you are feeding them! 🐔🐓🐔🐓
We haven't figured out what has happened with the cheaper feeds, but they aren't giving the nutrients necessary for chickens to lay eggs. Put on your conspiracy hat when you think about $6+ for 12 eggs at the grocery store.

🎉🎉🎉 We have a solution!

These are cut microgreens that are packed full of nutrients that chickens absolutely love. They will eat the shoots and the roots! 😁

Ask us how you can get some cut trays to feed your chickens to supplement. It's also a good idea to make your own feed as well. We can deliver our trays right to your door, and whatever your chickens don't eat will make great compost since we use only organic soil and coco coir with no pesticides.

🔥I need some input from my smoothie lovers!👇🔥

I have decided my cupcake tin microgreens need more focus. I am experimenting with growing peas, sunflower and wheatgrass together (2 each per cupcake clamshell) for you to take home. You can cut what you need for the day and let them continue to grow. (note: the more microgreens are regrown from the same seeds the less nutritional value they have, so we recommend only regrowing them once after the first cut) (2nd note: all the greens that we cut at the market will always remain the first cut)

Tip: To slow the growth of your microgreens just throw them in the fridge!
