We have some new changes here aimed at enhancing our services and fish selection.
Firstly, we will now try to update our inventory list every Wednesday/Thursday on our website, ensuring you have access to the latest stock availability.
People ask what is quarantine and what is used. Our Quarantine (QT) and condition process will be undergoing enhancements to further elevate the quality of our fish. This includes a meticulous protocol utilizing treatment options such as Copper, Formalin, Prazi Pro/Praziquantel, and Metroplex + Focus. These measures are designed to address major diseases prevalent in saltwater home aquariums, including ich, velvet, flukes, brook, uronema, and internal parasites. Additionally, antibiotics will be given as necessary to maintain the health and well-being of our aquatic inhabitants.
While we strive for the utmost diligence in our quarantine procedures, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, it's important to note that despite our best efforts, fish may not always be 100% QT and safe. We recommend that regardless of your source, setting up an observation tank on your end for double-checking is advisable.
In line with our commitment to diversity, we will be placing a renewed emphasis on offering a wider selection of "Not so common fish", and fewer “everyday” fish so that we can still have something for everyone at affordable prices.
Lastly, we are excited to announce that we have started providing wholesale prices, with a minimum purchase/box amount, to better cater to the needs of our customers.
We appreciate your continued support and look forward to serving you with these changes.
**on a side note, this red sea regal was 9-10” in my previous reef tank…miss it as it was eating aggressively!**
