We are so grateful for the amazing turn out to our event this weekend! We had so much fun spending time with our friends and horses. I believe Lara's skinny bridge/white tarp obstacle in the trees was a group favorite! Keep your eyes open for next month's event!

Friends, horses and scary bags!

Three years ago a friend was struggling to keep her beautiful equine facility afloat. She had retired to enjoy the “horse life” then fell ill and began to struggle. She simply didn’t have the strength to restore the place to it’s former glory. So we convinced her to have an open ride night and invited people we knew to come support the effort. A little life came back into the barn.

Then we added a few trot poles. And a few more friends came over. And the activity level grew. And our friend perked up. And the barn sounded with laughter and nickers.

We asked ourselves, what if we made real obstacles? Things to help our horses become more trusting and have a stronger bond. So we began to build it. And it grew.

Eventually, our friend decided to sell her place but the group had become strong with friendships and activities and excellent horsemanship. So we kept it going.
