4x6 house with linoleum flooring, "waterfall " roost that swings up and secures to ceiling for easier clean up. Custom made cedar shutters. Custom made cedar flower boxes, Cedar shake shingles nest box roof, solar light over entry door. Even little details like the decorative wooden brackets under the nesting box and artificial turf that can be removed and washed off inside for the girls to lay their eggs on. All exterior framing and trim is pressure treated lumber. "Smartside" siding, opening windows and more
