Hey bengal and senior cat lovers we know you're out there.....Halo needs your help.
This is Halo and he's recently come to Friends of Felines because both of his elderly people died within 3 weeks of each other. He's a purebred, 16 year old neutered male Bengal (with lineage papers). This guy is definitely lost and upset without a quiet home to call his own.
Halo is a pretty typical Bengal and he's not afraid to use his distinctive meowl to get attention when he's requiring food, attention or petting. He is affectionate, likes to be pet and purrs once he's feeling comfy with you.
He has not been around children, other cats or dogs during his 16 years and would prefer to keep it that way. Halo is looking for a home with an adult couple who can shower him with affection and give him another 4-5 more years of a happy and healthy life.
Halo's recent senior lab work was perfect and he doesn't have any active known illnesses. He's had a thorough dental cleaning under general anesthesia with our veterinarian and is able to eat an over the counter senior Purina cat kibble.
Please consider adopting Halo and giving him the retirement home of his dreams. You won't regret opening your heart and home to this sweet and healthy senior boy!
