To whom it may concern :

We recently recieved a 1, x2 ,2 star reviews simply because we had to temporarily close because our ac went out and it took 10 days for a crane to be scheduled to install our new ac units on the roof . There was sign in the window stating we were closed and why .
google refused to update our hours (we tried every day to no avail.)

Animal lives come first here .

We are a small business, if you were one of the people that decided to crap on us for keeping animals safe rather than let you shop , do everyone a favor and stay out of our store.

Don't crap on small businesses, you don't know what we go through to keep the doors open without $15k timely and costly repairs. If you are one of these people we don't want your business. We will refuse your business. We reserve the right to do so.

It's always the know it all's and keyboard warriors that ruin the good clean fun.

2 things I i wish were different about the reptile hobby :

1. More reptile keepers utilized hygiene skills and deodorant.

2. Social cues were recognized/utilized and people could just be light hearted when it's appropriate and not chime in with bs out of left field . Just have fun 👍.
