Rabbits are crepuscular which means they're mostly active at dusk and dawn and some times during the night. Other than that, they love a good snooze.

Rabbits communicate by clench their facial muscles and change their body position when they are feeling a certain way. They are subtle signs you may not notice if you weren’t looking out for them. This is one of the main reasons bunnies are so often misunderstood and don't get the correct care.

These beautiful majestic pets may come in domestic colors and breeds, but their perspective on the world is still very close to their wild relatives. Domestic or wild they're a prey species and life is all about survival and they are in a constant state of alert. This explains why many rabbits don’t like being picked up and may run away, hide, nip or bite if you try. To them your hands are far too similar to the claws of a bird of predators swooping down to catch them. So keep that in mind when trying to bond with your new bunny. Most bunny will have trouble with this concept unless hand raised and handle oftwn from kits.

A single bunny is a lonely bunny, are social and are happiest in the company of another bunny. On average the best combination is a neutered male and neutered female. They can become extremely sad and depressed if kept on flying solo.

Mature rabbits can eat dragon fruit! 😁It is a non-toxic fruit, packed with nutrients and some fiber that your rabbits will LOVE. Dragon fruit is a very juicy fruit, with high water content great for helping with hydration, and provides 2g of protein, 5 grams of fiber, and 12g of sugar per 6oz serving. In addition, dragon fruit contains many minerals and vitamins!
