Hi Kody! Update on Finn( Jake)
He now a whopping 28 lbs and growing quickly. I cannot believe how strong his bite grip is. Almost impossible to get anything out of his mouth once he chomps down. Starting to work on take and give but will take time. He is starting to understand house training. At times he acts like his bladder is the size of a pea but can hold it for 7-8 hours a night! Crazy! We have started training him as we would a service dog and believe he is doing well. It always amazes me the cues which you think would be the hardest have come easily to him. Definitely has puppy brain! Hoping he will start to lose puppy teeth so that he won’t feel the need to constantly bite. He seems to really like bath time but the trimming of his nails and combing him out is challenging. Thank goodness for Charles Bears! We had some issues with him throwing up around 2:30 in the morning. This went on for several days. It was like a yellow foamy color liquid. I did some research and narrowed it down to empty stomach causing bile irritation. I adjusted his food and give him about a half cup around 9 pm. This seems to have helped resolve this situation.
He really is a sweet puppy and very loving and playful. Oh also, he absolutely loves the snow. It was single digits here and he loved to lay on the ground in the snow!!!!!!

Pup-date

Little update on the pup! Mika (Pinkerton) has adjusted well! He is starting to understand house training, and although the bladder control is not there yet, he does try and let us know when he needs to be taken out. ❤️😊❤️We have also been taking him to training classes. Both so we can best learn how to train but also to get some exposure to other puppies. He’s a bit hesitant with other puppies, but will warm up to them as long as he’s not feeling overwhelmed. With people Mika has no problem making friends. He is very friendly and playful. He is also getting so big! We took him home at 11lbs, but he was recently weighted at 20lbs!

Pup-date on Goose

We moved Saturday, Goose was so good the whole time.
Stayed in the house when the door was open, and hasn’t had any accidents.
He doesn’t even want to use the grass pad on the patio!
But…….we have a stuffy graveyard in our living room lol 💀🧸😅

Pup-date on Freya/Shiloh 
She is such a hopper/jumper. Sometimes it looks like she is jumping with a trampoline under her, lol. She walks very well on her back legs which is not encouraged but she wants to walk down the hall holding onto a hand and jumps over anything she can.
She really is adorable and I get compliments on her all the time. Thank you for her.
She is very smart and learns quickly (both good and not so good behaviors so we are careful) and is often quite the mischief maker when she wants to be, lol. She has so much energy and has become quite the confident pup. She still pauses and tilts her head with an unknown sound or something that she hasn’t seen before but then immediately runs towards it to see where it is coming from or what it is. Keeps us busy 🤩
