Hello! We are the Hare Family from Kernersville, NC. We breed Standard Poodles and would like to share our puppies. Bear is the Sire and Pack Leader.

Poodles often get stereotyped as frou-frou or ditzy, and it's often just because of their elaborate haircuts. In reality, they are highly intelligent dogs. Poodles typically make good family pets, can be good service dogs and excel in all kinds of activities. Despite the Poodle’s association with France, the breed originated as a duck hunter in Germany, where the word “pudelin” refers to splashing

in water. The Standard Poodle began its development as a retrieving water dog more than 400 years ago per AKC. The Standard Poodle is the 2nd smartest of the dog breeds to the Border Collie. Not only are they highly intelligent, they are intuitive and great problem solvers. They excel and love to learn. Teach them to play hide-n-seek, find their toys, or to be a running partner whether on or off leash. They love to exercise and be outdoors. Most poodles love the water, ours however do not. The Standard Poodle thrives on human companionship and loves to please. They are very quick to learn and do what is right. Poodles make great companions and are very empathetic to their owners needs. For many, once you own a Standard Poodle, it is hard to consider another breed. Standard Poodles need a large fenced in yard to accommodate their need for play and exercise. Even though they are considered hypoallergenic and do not shed as other types of dogs, they require grooming about every 6 weeks to keep their hair neat and looking good.

He is sporting his new face and paws clip he received this morning. He is now 9 weeks old and loves to run and play as most puppies do. He is very loving, smart and good natured being socialized with many different adults and children. He loves the extra time his mommy is spending with him. His mother will continue training and disciplining him over the next few weeks.

We love Standard Poodles! They are very smart (even intuitive), they crave social interaction, extremely loyal, and are great companions. Their aim is to please you. Our Poodles are part of our family.

Standard Poodles make a great family pet. Besides being as close as you can get to hypoallergenic, they are highly intelligent, some say intuitive. They aim to please an excell in training exercises. Poodles make excellent companion dogs. They need and love exercise regularly. They will also cuddle up on the couch and watch your favorite Show.

Update on Charlie's litter:

4 weeks old today! Started on moistened puppy food. It takes a little getting used to, but they are taking to the change. One of Charlie's puppies climbed out of the whelping box this morning and surprised her.

Charlie has 3 females available and one handsome male!
