Snip and Tip A Killeen based nonprofit spay and neuter assist program for community cats through TNR. To grow our public education outreach program.

Our main mission is turn the reactive issue of free roaming cats into a proactive community response through TNR, public education, and sterilization to those in need. Our vision is to be able to open our own clinic that provides veterinary services to those in need, a foster based network for incoming kittens especially those needing medical treatment and socialization. Assist in food to the needy who care for cats in the community and pets.

Chevy is cared for by a person in a housing crisis so we are happy to help keep Chevy safe, happy and healthy with his owner.

Snip And Tip takes small dogs and cats every Monday and Friday to be vaccinated at our low-cost clinics. Large dogs require farther planned out appointments.

Pick up will depend on how many animals sign up. Super flexible.

It’s Busy Busy here at Snip and Tip! We have been working hard this week/weekend trapping,transporting,cleaning/feeding, maintaining cats amping up for our 100 Cat Clinic tomorrow! Here we have 45 of the 100 Lucky Cats that are going to have a happier healthier life because of TNR! #tnrsaveslives
