WHO WE ARE
Orphans of the Storm is located in Armstrong County. We were established in 1969 to provide temporary shelter for unwanted and abused animals. We match lovable animals with loving forever homes, educate the public on humane, r

esponsible care of all animals, and promote spaying and neutering to reduce companion animal overpopulation. Orphans of the Storm is a no-kill animal shelter. This means we euthanize an animal only if it is suffering with no hope to be cured, or if the animal is a danger to people or other animals. You can donate by texting ORPH to 89871

Riley is looking for her forever home!

She is 5.5 years old. Riley takes supplements for an old knee injury and limps on occasion. She has completed a training program at Burk's dog training and will receive two free lessons upon her adoption to help with her transition. She would do best in a quiet home.

FOSTER HOME NEEDED
We are in desperate need of a foster for this boy. He was roaming in worthington and luckily was saved from being hit on 422 or laying in fields freezing in cold. We are full in shelter but need to have a place to help him. Scared so needs a patient foster. If you are on file to foster let us know or fill out application on our site. We are calling him Cody for now.
