Good morning everyone! We received a phone call from a customer this morning inquiring as to why their packages tracking hadn’t updated yet. I thought I would make a post about it just in case anyone else was wondering! — Our usual UPS driver is away this week, and we have not received any pick ups (or our deliveries) since last Friday. This means we have 30+ packages from over the weekend as well as Monday & Tuesday that are waiting to go out. We were able to get in contact with the local UPS hub last night where they assured us that they will make sure the driver gets to us on Wednesday during our business hours. We hope to have all of these packages out today! Apologies for the delay, we know your pets need their supplements!

As always, feel free to call us at the shop Monday thru Friday from 9-5 if you ever have any questions on your shipment!

Where’s the Lot Number?? — we are beginning to transition away from handwritten lot numbers to printed ones. Our new system doesn’t print well on the spot we usually write the lot numbers, so you can find the printed lot numbers on the bottom of the cans or directly on the refill bags!
