Good morning! As of today (Friday June 9th) We're still unsure of the cause for the current van's power system failure. Going into the weekend we are unlikely to get an update on that front so we will be assessing our options for the next week.

We are still actively looking to raise funds to purchase a professionally converted grooming vehicle & appreciate your continued support through your sharing & donations!

The first 2 grant deadlines close later this month. We're hopeful for good news there & will update everyone.

Just a quick update for today (Tuesday, June 6th) as of right now the current grooming van is still down with a power systems failure so we are not able to groom until the situation is resolved.

Saturday June 3rd Update:
Yesterday evening the current grooming van suffered a power failure. We have not yet been able to diagnose if it is a engine, transmission or computer issue but this occurrence adds to the urgency in securing a different vehicle for 865 Groomer LLC to continue operating.

We are actively working to get the situation resolved over the weekend so we can continue operations as usual through the week but will keep everyone scheduled this week updated as to the situation.

Important update, that we’ve put off for as long as possible:

PRICE INCREASE SEPTEMBER 2022

We want to start this update with a huge THANK YOU to our clients for the support & encouragement over this last two years! We are grateful to have such amazing clientele, both two & four-legged. We could not have come this far without you!

Like many small businesses, the grooming industry has seen a pronounced rise in the cost of supplies, in some instances two to five times what they were when we opened in 2020. This has impacted our operational costs significantly & we can no longer continue to absorb it. Because of this, beginning September 1, 2022 we will be implementing a price increase to offset the steep rise in cost of materials. Please reach out directly with any questions.

Our goal continues to be creating positive pet experiences in the Greater Knoxville Area. THANK YOU for being a part of our growing community!
