We've done a fresh reset at Hitches & Honey

A huge Thank You to Johnny Smallin for his incredible hard work making this 20' move. Johnny has been solid in his support to this business. He's got big plans to help me expand our t-shirt corner over into the old jam booth.

Please come check out the new look and the other cool items I've brought from the house.

Thank You for your and please remener my close dear friends wife Janice. Her husband Jerry Murrell my closest friend I've made since I moves to Knoxville passed away this past Sunday. He was probably the coolest guy I've ever met.

We love the Pick, we loved the find and sharing of our finds. His mentorship since I started at Bargain Hunters Antique and Flea Market Mall of Knoxville has made it possible to be where we are today.

Jerry fought the fight with pancreatic cancer. He's my Hero! He's the reason I've been involved with my doctor's to possibly be ahead of the game with my prognosis. Jerry was insistent on me seeing my urologist to get the scope. They've found stuff and as Jerry was in his final days, we sat in his bed. We hugged laughed I spoke to him and shared my thankfulness of his persistent drive of getting checked out as I watch him taking in his last days with us. I hugged my buddy prayed with Janice and Jerry. I hope he is catching up with his son Bo and his other family free of this cancer.

He had an amazing life as he served our country and was a friend to anyone he met. Married for 52yrs. Janice and Jerry looked as they were newlyweds everytime I saw them together.

Prayers for Janice and Jerry's family please. Services next week.

Bargain Hunters Antique Mall is not just a place I offer yummy stuff. All the vendors in this market are Family and will give the shirt off their back for any of us. That's what Jerry did when I started. He is the epitome of what a true Man of God is.

I'm Truly Thankful to have known Jerry.

Day 2 highlights at Knoxville Flea Market at Chilhowee Park

Brenda Kueber and I just want to say Wow! Thank You to all of our Hitches & Honey family that came by to see us after a hiatus. Our dear friends from Tune Up "The Manly Salon" - Lenoir City TN dropped in. What a great surprise. We love ya'll.

Bella had a blast meeting so many friends and her family from her past location. She'll be ready for some loving tomorrow

We'll be back at it in the morning at 10am til 4pm.

Come early we've blown through some of the best sellers but we're bringing more tomorrow.

We're booked for the same spot next month and are actively looking for some help running the booth next month as we're planning to show our Vette and sell our yummy stuff at the @ Corvette Expo featuring Chevy’s in the Smokies

Day 1 in the books at Knoxville Flea Market at Chilhowee Park We had a blast meeting new and current friends of Hitches & Honey

Bella will be with us tomorrow. She's had her spa treatment tonight and Brenda is busy looking through her wardrobe to find the best outfit for Bellas Knoxville Flea Market debut.

If all goes well this weekend we plan to be at this monthly event the whole year.

We plan to have some different things going on in the booth tomorrow.

We know this has been a tough time for all the families who have been cooped up in this cold and some can't get out as they would like too. Some can't get to work and or having the kids all week and can't go to work.

We know this is tough and a lot of you are small business owners as well having to deal with all this and not having income as well.

I hope everybody can get out and support small local businesses as soon as possible. Small business is the core to our communities.

We at Hitches & Honey appreciate your support and all of our family of vendors at Bargain Hunters Antique and Flea Market Mall of Knoxville appreciate your support as well.

This long closure will certainly hurt a lot of our vendors in this antique mall. I hope you all will come out and take a look around and see what you can do to help keep these vendors going and keep on offering great products and items that you may continue to enjoy.
