Herald was sad that he didn't get to wear the teddy bear sweater for pictures. My bad, Herald.
If you're looking for a puppy who is about 20% puppy, 70% stuffed animal and 10% soulful eyes, allow me to introduce you to Merry. She is looking for a home that is quiet, not because she can't handle noise, but because she is quiet. She wants a lap to sit on, and she wouldn't mind being one of those purse-dogs that gets to go everywhere with her person. She is extremely low-energy, and would actually be a good prospect for a therapy dog, just because she gently sits and cuddles with anyone who wants to sit and cuddle. Merry has a sweet and gentle spirit, and would like someone who is like her. Merry is projected to be about 15-17 pounds as an adult, and should have no noticeable shedding, making her fine for families even with severe allergies. She has short legs, but she is so small to begin with that it's hard to tell. She can be difficult to photograph because as soon as we set her down, she tries to get back into our laps. You can see in the video that she's begging for a home with an energy level a little more like her own. :)
Waterproof picnic blanket for the win! The puppies had a fun first time playing in the snow! <3 Baby, Herald, Merry and Noel are all still looking for their new families. Rocky is on hold, and Sugarplum (Goldie), Holly and Bell (Fifi) are just waiting until their time to be picked up!
A video of Noel and Baby, since pictures can't do justice to their incredibly sweet temperaments. <3
Herald and Baby also still need to find their permanent homes. The curly kangaroo dog does not.
Holly, Merry and Bell having some playtime this afternoon. <3 Merry is currently on hold for a family until tomorrow, but Bell and Holly are still looking for their families.
When I say that these puppies are particularly mellow, this is what I mean. Usually, when we take puppies to the vet for their six week exams/vaccinations, they are so noisy that we can't carry on a conversation in the van, and in the exam room, AppleWatches alert us that we are "in a noisy environment" and "should take proper ear protecting precautions". Nothing bad, just puppies being puppies.
But then there are these guys.
Sugarplum (now Goldie) is joining the Foster Family and moving to Iowa, and Carol is joining the Martens Family and moving to Wisconsin. We had several people who have had to back out from getting puppies on this litter, so the rest are still available. Contact us if you have any questions! They are super sweet, and incredibly social!
